FAQs – Careers at Anytime Home Care

Do I need previous care experience?

Not necessarily! We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care. You’ll receive complete training, shadowing, and support before starting.

What checks are required before I start?

All carers must complete an Enhanced DBS check, provide references, and complete our compliance process in line with CQC regulations.

Are the hours flexible?

Yes. We offer flexible shifts — mornings, evenings, weekends, live-in, or part-time — to fit your schedule.

Do you provide training and qualifications?

Absolutely! We provide a structured induction and fund professional qualifications (NVQ/QCF) to help you develop your career.

Which areas do you cover?
