Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience — just a big heart and a willingness to learn.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Good communicators with attention to detail
- Willing to complete DBS checks and mandatory care training
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Training & Professional Development
We believe in investing in our carers. Every new team member completes:
- Full induction and shadowing with experienced carers
- Mandatory training: safeguarding, manual handling, first aid, medication awareness, and infection control
- Continuous professional development (CPD) and refresher courses
- Support to achieve NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Opportunities for internal promotion to Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Care Coordinator
